Here's my proposal for Facebook Ads Training for your team at Tt Madrid
Firstly I've done a quick video on the type of Ads you could be running based on what content you already have available and the ads that other TEFL providers have been running. Check out the video below.
Below is an overview of the training. It may be altered but this would be the basic structure. The starting weeks would be more intensive and then, once the Ads are launched, there is a period of mentoring which can then be spaced out as the Ads start to run successfully.

1-Hour meeting on Zoom or similar with the team to introduce what we will be doing over the next weeks. We will discuss what makes a good Ad and how this can complement any existing marketing strategies. We will look over the Facebook Ads library and the Tt Madrid Instagram and Facebook Reels and video content.
Homework: Team to put together spreadsheet of links to existing creative (images/videos) that have the potential to be repurposed into Ads.
1-Hour meeting to discuss 2 potential client avatars and really get a feel for who you want to be talking to. Who is currently paying; Who do you want to attract more of; What are their desires / needs / wants / fears; What is holding them back etc. Add these to IdeaNote.
Homework: Add any additional client avatar ideas to IdeaNote during the following week (Emma to provide)
1-Hour meeting to discuss what needs to go into our Ad copy. Look at Ads in the Ads library and pull together good examples of copy.
Homework: Add examples of more good copy into IdeaNote over the following week, so that we have a bank of copy examples to pull from.
1-Hour meeting to look at the options within Ads Manager and how the Campaign > Ad Sets > Ads are set up.
1-Hour meeting to look at targeting options within Ads Manager.
1-Hour meeting to get Tt Madrid's Business Manager set-up correctly including domain verification, pixel installation, events prioritisation, and access to all business assets within the correct business manager, etc.
Homework: Complete outstanding set up tasks within Business Manager. I will be available to help that week with any questions and to push to get the tasks completed.
1-Hour meeting to set up custom audiences correctly.
1-Hour meeting to set up and load initial campaign, ad sets and Ads. Launching first campaign.
1-Hour meeting to discuss the first week's data and discuss what needs to be improved or if the campaign needs to be paused and re-launched with new targeting / creative etc.
1-Hour meeting to discuss the second week's data and discuss what needs to be improved.
1-Hour meeting to discuss the third week's data and discuss what needs to be improved.
1-Hour meeting to discuss the fourth week's data and discuss what needs to be improved.
1-Hour meeting to discuss the second month's data and discuss what needs to be improved.
1-Hour meeting to discuss the third month's data and discuss what needs to be improved.
Price per session would be £150. Therefore for 14 training sessions the total would be £2,100, payable in monthly instalments upfront (i.e. Mth1. £600 / Mth2. £600 / Mth3. £600 / Mth4. £150 / Mth5. £150).
I have availability to start this training within the last two weeks of August or beginning of September or at a mutually agreeable date.
